Sam Stosur lost a heartbreaking second round Australian Open match to Jie Zheng today, 4-6, 6-1, 5-7, after saving 7 set points in the first set and leading 5-2 in the third. She served for the match twice, but never had a match point.

Afterwards, she was understandably dejected in her press conference.

"It's hard to take when you get yourself in a true winning position. It's hard to talk about it right now."

 "I thought I had really good rhythm and it went away quite quickly. It just kept happening point after point."

What can I say, Les Miserables is one of my two favourite musicals of all time (the other would be Phantom of the Opera).
